Due to the nature of our products—including supplements, consumables and food items—we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or if you simply decide the product is not right for you. This policy ensures product safety and quality for all customers.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Delayed shipping once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post
All products leave our store in sealed, brand-new condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept unopened items back into our facility.
If a refund is approved under consumer guarantees, it will be processed to the original payment method.
