Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or on a try-before-you-buy basis. This policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their cycle. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to your subscription, and you can manage your subscription directly from there.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is currently out of stock or due for release. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and fulfil and charge the outstanding balance at a future date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
