Shipping Policy

At Luna Wellness Co., we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Within Australia

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times vary by destination, and customs processing may cause delays outside our control. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Issues & Delivery Delays

Once dispatched, transit times are the responsibility of the carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but tracking will be provided so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Out-of-Stock or High-Cost Shipping Estimates

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, or if the shipping estimate is exceptionally high due to location or carrier calculation errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer cannot be refunded once dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lunawellnessco.com.au and we will assist you in lodging a claim with Australia Post.
