Herbs of Gold Children's Magnesium Care chewable tablets provide 80 mg elemental magnesium per tablet: 50 mg from magnesium amino acid chelate and 30 mg from magnesium citrate.

Directions: Children aged 4–8 chew one tablet daily. Children aged 9–12 chew one tablet once or twice daily, or as directed by a health professional.
