• Fibalance™ Cyamopsis tetragonollobus (Guar gum)
• Organic Alkalised Cocoa Powder
• Fibregum™ Acacia sp. (gum)
• Natural flavours
• Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm)
• Actinidia deliciosa (fruit) powder (Kiwi fruit, green)
• Stevia rebaudiana

Dosage

Stir into 250 mL of hot or cold milk (or milk alternative), blend into smoothies, or mix into foods like porridge or yoghurt.

• 2 – 6 years: 3 level teaspoons, once daily
• 6 – 8 years: 4 level teaspoons, once daily
• 8 – 16+ years: 5 level teaspoons, once daily
