Micronutrition Organic Sunfiber PHGG 250g

Certified-organic, unflavoured Sunfiber® partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG), a soluble prebiotic fibre that can be mixed into cold drinks or food. The 250g pack contains 50 x 5g serves.

Details: Ingredient: organic Sunfiber® PHGG, with no added excipients.

Directions: Mix 5g into a cold beverage, one to three times daily. If sensitive to fibre, the maker suggests starting with 1/4 teaspoon and increasing gradually.
