Directions: Take two capsules daily, preferably in the morning, following the label.

Warnings: St John's wort affects many prescription medicines, including the oral contraceptive pill: consult your doctor. Black cohosh has very rarely been associated with liver failure; stop use and seek medical advice for yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, abdominal pain or loss of appetite.
